The Zine Zone

All my zines all in one place! Every year I try and make some little pamphlets of poetry to distribute at the Watertown Free Public Library's annual zine fest. These last few years I've been making them on 11"x17" sheets folded into 8 pages with covers usually hand-printed with linocut stamps. These can take a while to get printed, fold, and stamp, so I'm finally making digital copies available.

I've included screen-friendly versions as well as printable files. The latter are formatted for 11"x17" paper. For zines with linocut art, there are additional files with blank spaces for adding the art by hand.

The collection so far:

• April '22
  • a "journal" of short poems written throughout the eponymous month
• Allston-Brighton Bestiary
  • an originally spoken word piece about people's attitude toward dead animals
• Make Way for Parking
  • a set of short satirical verse on the topic of urban renewal and car-centric infrastructure in Boston
• Property Value
  • a poem exploring missing monuments in Greater Boston, including a map of all sites mentioned
• Gleanings
  • a selection of short unrelated poems written 2023-2024
